Family Homestay
Family Homestay is located in a serene fishing village of Mengabang Telung in Batu Rakit area of Kuala Nerus district in Terengganu.
​
It is a semi-detached unit nearest to the beach, literally 30 steps away & sits in a cluster of 4 semi-detached houses, all of which are homestays (Seaside Lodge, Ikhwah Homestay, Hikmah Homestay and Family Homestay).
A small private road shared with 4 homestays leads to an empty plot of land beside the beach. A variety of activities can be performed here like bike riding, play frisbee, football/soccer, kite or drone flying.

Health enthusiast can hit the beach & jog on sandy beach but if tarmac if your surface of choice, the main road is quiet enough to jog safely.

Family Homestay is a spacious property with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room & a kitchen on the ground floor.
A TV area, another 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms are located on the upper floor. A small balcony with glass wall is connected to the TV area with full view of the sea.

A private parking area in front of the homestay can fit 4 vehicles.
An outdoor picnic table with 5 seats is provided for guests for outdoor feasts / BBQ. A portable BBQ set (Weber kettle grill) is available for grilling fresh seafood products one can buy from locals (a few roadside stalls selling fresh seafood can be found along the main road).
The kitchen has 2 burners gas cooktop, a medium size fridge, a microwave / grill combo, an electric kettle, a 9kg capacity top-loader washing machine, pans, plates, mugs & cutlery.
